The estimates for the number of orphans in India range from 20 million to 35 million.  Regardless of what the actual number is, India is home to more orphans than any other country in the world.  Since 2005 Grace Children’s Home has answered the call to rescue abandoned and starving children from an environment of trafficking and forced labor, and has provided an environment where the children receive all the benefits of a loving family; meals, shelter, clothes, acceptance, medical care, education, and life skills training.  We are working hard to raise support which will allow us to continue to develop programs that will give the children the tools to succeed as adults.  Ultimately, we hope to send many of them to college or vocational training.

 

We are unable to take care of all of the needy and poor orphan children in India, but with your support and prayers, we can certainly continue to make a difference in the lives of the orphans we have been blessed to love.
